In case of later cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>For Non-refundable Rate reservations, the total amount of the reservation will be charged at any time after the booking is made.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Confirming&nbsp;reservation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Upon confirming the reservation, we require a 50% deposit, that has to be paid by bank transfer or in-advance credit card. All bank charges have to be covered by the guest. To be able to issue the deposit invoice, guests should provide us with the billing details (name, address and VAT number).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Cancellation is free of charge 45 days before arrival and the deposit is refundable. Cancellation within 45 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. Modification is allowed 30 days before arrival up to the 20% of the total value of the full stay. Modification is allowed 14 days before arrival up to the 10% of the total value of the full stay. No modification is allowed within 14 days before arrival. Please kindly note that in case of significant changes in the size of the group, the group discount rate might change. The remaining balance has to be paid 45 days before arrival at the latest by bank transfer.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rooming list and guest details<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In the case of group reservations, we require a rooming list along with the guests\u2019 details in an excel sheet, which the organiser is responsible for filling out and sending it back to us at least 1 week prior to arrival. (Required data: Last name, First name, Sex, Nationality, Birth date, Identity document, Identity document number, Identity document expiration.) Due to the Hungarian legislation and the large number of guests, this is essential for our reception team to ensure smooth and quick check-in. Failure to comply with this results an increased workload for our reception team. In this case, the group can choose from 2 options: Accept the 2-3 minute check-in process per person, potentially resulting in a 1-2 hour wait for the whole group, as only 1 receptionist can handle them. If this is not acceptable for the group, an additional receptionist can be engaged, incurring an extra cost of 50 EUR.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Check-in and out<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is until 11am. We provide free luggage room for the group if they arrive earlier or if they would like to leave later than 11am. Late check-out is possible until 1 PM. Please let us know at least 1 day prior to your departure if you would like this option.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Group reservation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>According to our group reservation policy, a booking is considered final and guaranteed only once our team has contacted you to confirm availability and you have paid the non-refundable prepayment of 50% of the total accommodation cost. This amount must be transferred or paid in advance in order to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival. Please note that without the required 50% non-refundable prepayment, we cannot confirm or guarantee your group reservation.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Group deposit<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>According to our group policy, we require a group deposit which is 30 EUR\/person. The group leader is responsible to give it to the reception upon arrival in one amount and in cash. This deposit is returned to the group leader at the end of the stay if we receive all the provided keycards and towels, and none of our Hotel policies were violated (such as damage or violation of noise policy). Please note that without the group deposit we reserve the right to refuse the check- in.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Length of Stay<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Guests are not permitted to stay for more than 14 consecutive days. Extensions beyond this period are not allowed under any circumstances.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Keys<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>All keys to the rooms shall be delivered to the reception upon leave.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Payment is in cash or card upon arrival in EUR or HUF (Hungarian forints) based on OTP Bank Euro daily buying exchange rate.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Catering<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Breakfast is served from 8:00am-11:00am. Should you require take away breakfast, please notify us at least 24 hours before, otherwise we cannot guarantee it.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Smoking<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Smoking is not allowed in the entire building. Smoking is only allowed in the official smoking areas.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Internet and Wi-Fi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Free Wi-Fi is available for guests. Please use it responsibly and avoid activities that violate copyright laws or involve illegal content.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Emergency Contact Information<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In case of emergency, please contact the reception desk immediately. Staff are available 7am-22pm to assist you.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quiet Hours<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, please refrain from making noise that could disturb other<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Forbidden events<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>We strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all our guests. To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of everyone staying with us, we have implemented policies regarding events that are not conducive to our Hotel atmosphere. One such event is bachelor parties. Bachelor parties, while celebratory in nature, often involve behaviors and activities that may disrupt the peace and tranquility of our Hotel. Therefore, we kindly request that bachelor parties not be hosted within our premises. Forbidden Activities and Behaviors Include, but Are Not Limited to: <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>1.Excessive noise or disturbance that may disturb other guests. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>2.Intoxication beyond reasonable limits, leading to disruptive behavior. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>3.Activities that violate our code of conduct or local laws. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>4.Any behavior that compromises the safety or comfort of other guests and staff. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br><\/p><p>Consequences of Violating this Policy: <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>1.Guests found hosting or participating in bachelor parties may be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>2.Any damages incurred as a result of the event will be the responsibility of the guests involved. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br><\/p><p>Thank you for understanding and complying with our policies.
